Terms of business
These terms apply when you buy services from Discoverable. We have kept them as short and clear as we can.

About these terms
Discoverable is run by Concensur, CVR 40069674. These terms apply to every agreement about our services. We work only for businesses, not consumers. If we have agreed something else in writing, for example in a quote, that agreement applies.
Services and prices
Our services are described under Pricing on the front page. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT:
- AI snapshot: Free
- AI visibility analysis: DKK 14,500
- Implementation: From DKK 45,000
- Monitor: DKK 4,500/month
- Growth: DKK 19,500/month
- Partner: DKK 24,500/month
Implementation is done on a written quote. Exactly what a service includes is set out in the quote or in the confirmation you receive from us.
Free AI snapshot
The snapshot is free and commits you to nothing. It shows the answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude at the time we asked the questions.
Payment
Analyses and projects are invoiced at the start unless agreed otherwise. Monthly programmes are invoiced in advance each month. Payment is due within 14 days. For late payment we may charge interest and compensation under the Danish Interest Act.
The price of an AI visibility analysis is credited if you start an implementation with us within 60 days of our presenting the analysis.
Monthly programmes and cancellation
Monitor, Growth and Partner have no binding period. You can cancel a programme to the end of the month in which we receive your notice. Just email hej@discoverable.dk. Months already paid are not refunded.
We can end a programme with one month’s notice. We can change the price of a programme with at least 30 days’ written notice, and you can then cancel as normal before the new price applies.
No guaranteed recommendations
AI answers change all the time and are controlled by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and others, not by us. So we cannot guarantee that you will be named or recommended, or reach a particular position. We measure and report honestly what the answers show.
A free month after 90 days
If you have had Monitor, Growth or Partner for 90 days in a row, and neither the share of answers that name you nor your average position is better than when the programme started, the next month is free. We compare the same questions in the same AI services. Just write to us within 30 days after the 90 days.
Your part
You make sure we get the information and access we need, and that it is correct. You are responsible for having the right to use texts, images and other material you give us. Changes to your website made by you or your web agency are your responsibility.
Rights and confidentiality
Once the invoice is paid, you may freely use the texts, pages and reports we made for you. We keep the rights to our own methods, tools and templates.
We treat your information as confidential. We may, however, name you as a client and show your name and logo on our website under “We work with”. If you would rather we didn’t, email us and we will remove it. If we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement. See also our privacy policy.
Liability
We are liable under the general rules of Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question over the last 12 months.
We are not liable for matters outside our control, such as outages or changes at the AI services.
Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Danish law. If we cannot agree, disputes are settled by the Danish courts at Concensur’s place of business.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to new agreements immediately and to ongoing programmes 30 days after we have told you.
